PRO ACTION CAFE  is a peer-coaching variation of the World Cafe.  At a Pro Action Cafe session some participants are case owners and others are their coaches. Case owners share about their call/project and hear feedback from coaches. The set up is somewhat similar to World Cafe; there are small group conversation and at the end of each conversation round the coaches change. The questions at Pro Action Cafe focus on the need and purpose behind the project, each question goes a little deeper. The feedback the case owners eventually will receive is rich.

As a process the Pro Action Cafe can evoke and make the collective intelligence visible for different  purposes.  Pro Action Cafe can be used with a network of people or as a methodology for a specific group, organization or community to engage in creative and inspirational conversation leading to wiser action.
